ScoreSpec is an AI-powered IELTS preparation platform that provides:

• Practice tests for Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking modules
• Full mock tests that simulate the actual IELTS exam experience
• AI-powered grading and feedback for Writing and Speaking responses
• Performance analytics and progress tracking
• Detailed explanations and study resources

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of ScoreSpec, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ScoreSpec is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

You agree to use ScoreSpec only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
• Share, distribute, or reproduce test content, questions, or materials
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality or security
• Use the platform to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action if necessary.

All content on ScoreSpec, including but not limited to test questions, passages, audio materials, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ScoreSpec or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial IELTS preparation purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from materials

ScoreSpec uses advanced AI technology to grade your Writing and Speaking responses. While our AI grading system is designed to align with official IELTS band descriptors, you understand and agree that:

• AI-generated scores are estimates and may differ from official IELTS scores
• Our practice tests are for preparation purposes only and do not guarantee actual IELTS performance
• ScoreSpec is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the official IELTS testing organizations
• Test results are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind

We recommend using our platform as a tool for practice and improvement, but your actual IELTS exam results may vary.

Some features of ScoreSpec may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
• Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect your current subscription period but may apply to renewals. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

ScoreSpec is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results from our practice tests will match official IELTS scores
• The platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Any errors or defects will be corrected

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoreSpec disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreSpec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and associated data.

ScoreSpec reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the platform and may terminate your account.
